Each cone is 6" in diameter and 6" in height.  Each cone has approx. 127ft of wire.  The end to end inductance of the secondary is 2.36mH.  The quarter wave length frequency calculates to 1.937MHz for a straight solenoid but this coil resonates at about 1.12MHz as determined by a frequency counter and oscilloscope. 

The two cones are connected in the middle such that the entire length is one wire.  There is no tapping point between the two coils.  I had to replace the copper primary due to age and wear but I am keeping the old copper tubing as verification for the coil's age.  This coil was likely built in the early 1900s and is identical in layout to Tesla's patent schematics from the late 1890s. 

Rumor has it that this coil exhibits antigravity properties.  I have not seen antigravity effects when applying a standard spark gap discharge to the primary.

Nikola Telsa created a high-powered harmonic oscillator that perhaps caused the destruction at Tungusksa in 1908 when he fired the particle beam at the North Pole and missed.  1,000 square miles in Siberia were decimated. One of the reasons he had the unit built was to help shield the US from invasion by creating stationary waves in the earth and could produce 100 billion watts of electricity at a frequency of 2 MHz. The Russians created particle beam weapons in the 1950’s, based on this technology.

But I believe that this is not High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program technology. HAARP transmits primarily on 2 frequencies: 3.39 MHZ and 6.99 MHZ. The multiple transmitters have the capability, under computer control, to quickly change to any frequency between 2.8 and 10 MHZ and are adjacent to the 40 and 80 meter ham radio bands with a 15 to 30 second space between pulses. There are currently 7 stations in place or being constructed;

If you go to the HAARP Internet web site and look at the nearly-live Induction Magnetometer data, you would sometimes see at the bottom of the chart some bright orange lines which seem to be the ULF output of HAARP impressed upon the earth's magnetic field.

Shumann Resonance is found at 8 Hz and is the resonant frequency of the earth. 186,000 mi/s divided by 24,000 mi results in 7.75 /s or about 8 Hz.

The US Navy uses the ionosphere as a 10,000-mile ULF antenna to communicate to the depths of the oceans and were the ones who created the HAARP facility in Alaska.  Remember the “harming the whales”  sonar snafu a while ago (2008), where the Navy was using ULF and was disorienting the whales off California?  Did a technician bump something and cause Haiti to jiggle or were there other things going on to cause the capital of Haiti to collapse?

Haiti and mitigating circumstances

We had a Blue moon December 31, 2009. We have earth and ocean tides. Did they coincide on January 12, 2010 near Hispaniola? Did the barycenter (earth’s center of mass) get in the way? Did the HAARP facility in Arecibo (East of Hispaniola on Puerto Rico) get activated and a techy do an oopsie with an ELF plasma weapon?

Did the Septentrional –Orient fault zone north of Hispaniola and the Enriquillo-Plantain Garden fault zone that runs through lower Haiti get rubbed the wrong way?

We do know there were lights in the sky prior to the earthquake, radar anomalies and strange cloud formations captured from satellite pictures over Hispaniola, and we also know that Google can map ground from space at 6 inches.

We also know that even as rebuilding projects are ongoing with solar panels for electricity, that Haiti is sitting on an oil reserve 10 times larger than Venezuela’s  and that our military is in place both offshore and onshore  in large numbers as an (Martial law) occupational force and that Haiti has a number of other mineral resources that remain untapped. The country that shares the main island with the Dominican Republic (which somehow was not harmed) also has the 5^th largest US Embassy in the world and it was not damaged in the quake – nor was the Dominican Republic on the same island.

The HAARP records were deleted the day before the Haiti quake. Why?
